The Vice President of People Operations is a key leader within the organization, responsible for driving operational excellence across all people-related functions. This role focuses on optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring alignment between the organization’s strategy and workforce management. The VP will oversee HR operations, technology, analytics, compliance and other initiatives to create a high performing, people-centric organization.
Pay for this position: $140000 / yr - 167000 / yr
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting
