Overview

Serves in a leadership role to help steer marketing and communications initiatives that promote the mission, vision, values and winning propositions of Heritage Christian Services, Inc.

 

Pay for this position:  $74200 / yr - $82889 / yr

 

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

Responsibilities

  • Manages agency communications that support strategic priorities, including fundraising, and strengthen the agency’s branding including:
    1. Public relations, advertising and social media
    2. Online and digital assets, platforms, CRMs, etc.
    3. Collaterals, including the semi-annual Spirit newsletter and the annual report
    4. Direct mail and email
    5. Production including videos and radio spots
    6. Award nominations and sponsorships
    7. Research, writing and content generation
  • Manages tracking, adjusting and reporting performance of campaigns for improvement
  • Plans and contributes to events
  • Supports marketing initiatives, both internal and external, including staffing recruitment, charitable support, child care and more
  • Supervises members of the marketing and communications staff
  • Handles administrative tasks and other duties as assigned, including involvement in project teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field preferred, with five+ years of field-related experience
  • Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs
