Overview

Serves as the primary liaison between the marketing and other departments boosting recruitment initiatives utilizing marketing and communications, and promoting the mission of Heritage Christian Services, Inc. and its brand.

 

Pay for this position:  $33.64 / hr - $37.02 / hr

 

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

Responsibilities

  • Executes marketing strategies and programs that brand HCS as a top employer
  • Collaborates with recruiters for employer branding across all channels, events and activities, including recruitment fairs/hiring events, ATS messaging, job boards like Indeed plus reviewer replies, etc.
  • Serves as a key collaborator with vendor partners to coordinate dynamic campaigns and track performance as well as follows through on organic recruitment opportunities on hiring platforms like LinkedIn
  • Drafts, pitches and contributes to PR and social media initiatives for recruitment
  • Coordinates photography and videos for recruiting
  • Updates the HCS jobs website and related website pages and improves user experiences
  • Collaborates with other staff groups on programs like Refer & Earn, alumni retargeting, referral initiatives, journey mapping, etc.
  • Helps to cultivate community relationships including with schools, state and labor partners, economic development councils, libraries, etc.
  • Serves as liaison between departments such as marketing, operations, talent acquisition, people and culture, technology, etc.
  • Utilizes recruitment marketing data analytics to modify recruitment marketing strategies
  • Tracks budget spends and delivers timely performance reports
  • Handles administrative tasks and other duties as assigned, including involvement in project teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields related to marketing and/or human resources preferred
  • Three or more years of experience in marketing and/or human resources preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft platforms including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Stream and Teams preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets agency motor vehicle standards, plus reliable transportation to and from work
