Overview

To support the mission, vision, and values of Heritage Christian Services, Inc., the Program Support Specialist will serve as a key strategic partner in empowering program leaders and staff. This individual will play a critical role in elevating program performance by developing efficient systems, leveraging data analytics, and fostering a culture of respect, trust, and accountability. A core focus of this role is to provide intensive, hands-on support to Day Habilitation managers—equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to become successful leaders and to create engaging, person-centered programs. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, highly skilled professional with a strong background in data-informed decision-making, workforce development, and process improvement.

 

Pay for this position:  $ 26.50 / hr - $ 28 / hr

 

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

Responsibilities

    • Ensure that programs are engaging and meet the individual needs and interests of the participants.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
    • Monitor the environment and provide recommendations for improvements.
    • Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Design and implement scalable systems to improve program operations, data collection, and performance tracking.
    • Develop strategies and lead initiatives that promote a culture of respect, trust, and accountability across all programs.
    • Provide high-impact coaching and professional development opportunities for program staff and leaders.
    • Deliver targeted, ongoing support to Day Hab managers to strengthen leadership capacity, elevate team performance, and enhance program quality.
    • Utilize data to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Design tools and resources that support learning, development, and operational consistency across departments.
    • Empower program leaders to exemplify organizational values in their day-to-day practices and decision-making.
    • Lead the creation and delivery of innovative training programs that prepare leaders to excel in their roles.
    • Educate staff on best practices in time management, effective delegation, and outcome-based planning.
    • Evaluate the impact and efficacy of training programs through metrics and feedback loops, adjusting as necessary.
    • Prepare data reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership to inform planning and resource allocation.
    • Assist with program vacancies, including meeting potential candidates and scheduling tours and trials.

Qualifications

 

  • Strong understanding of leadership principles, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
  • Proven ability to create and sustain a service environment that reflects and upholds the values of the agency.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training programs and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software and digital platforms.
  • Experience leveraging data-driven processes to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
