Overview

Heritage Christian Services is seeking candidates for the Self-direction Training and Compliance Coordinator position. This role was created to support self-directed employees to have the tools they need to do their jobs.

 

The Self-direction Training and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the fiscal intermediary teams to ensure self-hire staff training compliance. This is accomplished through collaboration with FIs across regions to serve as the primary training contact for all self-hire staff.  Responsibilities include ensuring training modules are updated to correspond with software and policy changes, supporting staff one-on-one as needed for additional training, and tracking training completion status in agency learning management system. 

 

Pay for this position:  $24.42 / hr - $26 / hr

 

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

Responsibilities

  1. Support successful self-hire staff onboarding process. This includes assigning required courses in the LMS and facilitating communication between Workforce and Talent Development and FI teams.
  2. Track completion of employee training in LMS and ensure swift onboarding of new staff upon completion.
  3. Run reports for training compliance and disseminates information to self-direction leadership teams.
  4. Follow up with self-directed staff and their supervisors regarding overdue training to ensure compliance.
  5. Maintain knowledge of software updates, update training modules as needed, and communicating updates to FI teams.
  6. Host training opportunities in one-on-one or group settings for staff or FI teams virtually.
  7. Complete billing reviews and other compliance tasks as assigned.

  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Sign and eVero
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to learn and educate others on current software and software updates
  • Ability to work independently
  • Minimum of High School diploma or high school equivalency; college experience preferred
