The Project Support Specialist has the responsibility for providing administrative support, training calendar development and participant follow-up for the Innovations in Employment Supports Project and the NYS CASE projects.
Create monthly training schedules for the Innovations and NYS CASE projects
Coordinating training assignments for CHSE training staff
Reserve and prepare training space throughout NYS
Follow participant confirmation process
Prepare materials, including the creation of Power Point presentations, copy, collate and bind workshop materials.
Correspond with partner agencies and class participants to include: workshop announcements, registration confirmations, etc.
Data collection to support completion of monthly/quarterly reporting.
1-2 years experience providing administrative support
Professional phone and email skills
Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Power Point
Ability to manage multiple training calendars and data base records
