Overview

Heritage Christian Services is seeking candidates for leadership positions to support our residential service teams. There are many leadership roles in human services, and supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and we’re seeking forward thinking candidates who want to advance their careers while making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

 

The current leadership opportunities available include:

 

Assistant Manager – Work closely with the manager to oversee efficient and meaningful operations of the site putting the people they are supporting at top of mind. Provide leadership to direct support staff so they can effectively assist people with being active, participating members of their communities. Plays a key role in training new team members on their job responsibilites, while providing consistent feedback on their performance.

Earn up to $15.00 an hour, based on the position and experience.

Qualifications

 

  • Ability to influence others and foster a positive environment
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingess to be kind and respectful to people 
  • Valid driver’s license that meets Heritage Christian motor vehicle standards
  • Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds
  • Minimum of High School diploma or high school equivalency; college experience preferred
