Heritage Christian Services is seeking candidates for a newly created Help Desk position. This member of our IT team will provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and application issues.


  1. Provide Level I Help Desk support.
  2. Resolve desktop, internet, and web-based application issues.
  3. Complete minor computer repairs.
  4. Image computers with Agency approved software.
  5. Work with hardware vendors to resolve issues.
  6. Set up mobile devices (Laptops, Chromebooks, Tablets, Smartphones)
  7. Provide support to end users with printer issues.
  8. Utilize helpdesk ticketing system.
  9. Provide remote support with provided tools or on-site as needed.
  10. Follow up with end-user to ensure resolution of concerns.


  • Experience providing Windows Desktop Support
  • Experience in remote support tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Reliable and Organized
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license that meets Heritage Christian motor vehicle standards
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds
