Benefits:
Are you someone who is passionate about supporting others and improving their quality of life and mental health? If so, a position as a behavior coach might be for you!
Behavior coaches have a knack for helping others when they’re having strong emotions, and support challenging behavior using written support plans. The behavior coach is a person who works alongside other direct support staff (DSPs) to support people with disabilities. They are responsible for all duties that direct support staff complete. They also become familiar with the behavior supports people need, and help others to implement those plans.
We’re making the hiring process easier by using a video interviewing technology called HireVue. After completing your online application, record your job interview using your computer or smartphone at a time that works for you. Then you’ll receive an email with a link and instructions. If you can’t complete your interview right away, we’d love for you to complete it within a few days. One of our recruiters will be in touch within one to two business days with next steps. We can’t wait to see what you have to offer.
