The Help Desk Technician will support all Heritage Christian Services employees, computer hardware and software, which supports the mission, vision and values of Heritage Christian Services, Inc.

1. Provide level 1 computer support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and their respective software.
2. Resolve or coordinate the solution to computer hardware, software, internet, and web-based application issues.
3. Ensure the imaging of computers have agency approved software and services.
4. Work with hardware vendors to resolve issues and/or perform minor hardware repairs.
5. Mobile device setup (laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, smart phones.)
6. Printers and copiers support.
7. Utilize help desk ticketing system.
8. Provide remote and in-person support with provided tools as needed.
9. Follow up with end-user to ensure resolution.

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field.
• Experience providing Windows desktop support.
• Experience with remote support tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/O365 products.
• Experience with Active Directory.

• Reliable and organized.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license that meets Heritage Christian motor vehicle standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
