Registered Nurse

Hiring both full-time and part-time positions.

Full-time nursing positions are exempt status, primary hours Monday-Friday day shift, supported by agency on-call services.

Pay rate for this position: $25.55 / hr -$34.07 / hr

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting  

• Commitment to a holistic approach to healthcare that values the person choosing your supports
• Monitoring the direct support staff provision of health related services and observing the individuals’ health care needs 
• Providing ongoing education on health care topics (Exposure Control Plan, Infection Control, oral care, skin integrity, constipation, seizures, vital signs, confidentiality, medical progress notes) to direct support staff
• Implementation of the Nursing Care Plan 
• Observing direct support staff in passing medications and renewing med certification for these staff
• Nursing services and medical oversight comply with regulatory policies and procedures.
