Tour Guide - Springdale Farm

Responsible for providing educational tours to groups and guests at Springdale Farm.

Pay for this position:  $15.00 / hour

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

1. Engage in positive interactions with people who visit the farm.
2. Conduct tours of the Dairy barn with Farm guests.
3. Money handling as needed

1. Greeting and welcoming customers to the tour.
2. Informing customers about the itinerary for each tour.
3. Gathering and maintaining the requisite equipment for each tour.
4. Be familiar with the layout and history of the Farm and region.

• Experience with animal caretaking and general tour guide
• Physically able to lift 50 pounds with no assistance
• Excellent communication skills
