Overview

 

Heritage Christian Services supports people who choose to self-direct their services. Come join our growing team as a Fiscal Intermediary Representative. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals who self-direct their services through a self-directed budget and to self-directed staff.  They additionally will provide assistance to Fiscal Intermediary Coordinators as needed.  Responsibilities include active participation in the person-centered planning process and co-management of self-hire staff. 

 

Pay for this position:  $17.60 / hr - 20.53 / hour

 

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

Responsibilities

  1. Filing
  2. Assist with creating organizational systems to support the work of the FI team
  3. Provide billing support; verifying time and documentation entries in e’Vero, ensuring compliance with information
  4. Payroll support
  5. Completing training for new self hire staff
  6. Attending ISP/Life Plan/COS meetings when the FI coordinator is unable to
  7. Assist with special projects as needed
  8. Assist with mailings as needed
  9. Review and process incoming reimbursement requests
  10. Maintain electronic billing records
  11. Communicate to families when paperwork corrections are required
