Overview

The Training Assistant provides support for Eleversity events including online trainings and conferences. The Training Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of online events by supporting the trainer and students.  The Training Assistant will support the mission, vision and values of Heritage Christian Services, Inc.

 

This is a part time position - 18-24 hours per week.

 

  • Flexible schedule available but hours are during standard business hours normally 8am-11:30am and/or 12:30pm-4pm

 

Pay for this position:  $15 / hr - $18 / hr

 

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

Responsibilities

Support Eleversity online events by:

  • Providing technical assistance to class participants regarding connection of speakers, microphone, video, name change, and navigating chat box to sign in
  • Assisting with attendance tracking
  • Monitoring class engagement to ensure trainees are following Innovation class protocols
  • Addressing any concerns in a dignified and confidential manner by following the Training Assistance protocol
  • Monitor chat box to ensure questions are being addressed; will direct message trainer when necessary

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn and use Zoom video conferencing software
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • High School Diploma or equivalency
