The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will report to the Senior Manager of FP&A and work with FP&A team and program directors to support the agency in achieving its program and financial goals. This role will be jointly responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining the annual budget process and forecasts including; providing staff with budget guidance, timeline, tools, training and hands-on assistance while promoting a budgeting culture and discipline for creating and justifying annual budgets.   This role collaborates with the FPA team and, together, are responsible for the direct management of monthly relevant reporting variance analysis of actual spending to the operating plan and forecasts, with explanations of trends and root causes.
