Working under the overall direction of the Director of the Employment Alliance, the Employment Services Lead will be responsible for a combination of leadership and direct support tasks. Leadership tasks include but are not limited to direct oversight of employment specialists, involvement in intake processes, support with reporting and billing functions, and other administrative tasks.
